I live in New York and we enlisted Diana’s help to sell my Mothers home in Allentown, PA in 2015. Diana helped us prepare a twin house in Catasauqua Pa for sale. She came on board when we were trying to decide whether to sell”as is” or continue renovations. She encouraged us to continue working, made specific suggestions that made the house more attractive to buyers for example:adding a new counter top to the kitchen island that made the kitchen “eat in”;suggesting limited staging of certain rooms and adding some outdoor planting.
